We recommend using an H2 here for multiple reasons

Intro – Using H2s in all of your sections (aka “page blocks”) is a great way to establish content hierarchy, and is great for accessibility with regard to people who use screen readers to view your site.

Also, using H2s helps compliment the overall design of the site because we’re using large ALL CAPS League Gothic for styling. When you view the site on larger monitors, you’ll notice that the text is offset at a certain breakpoint… we’ve created this to add extra visual interest into this dynamic design.
